Too Much Information- TMI!!!

Ok so sorry this will probably be more info than most of you want to read...sorry, but this is the easiest way to tell everyone! So I had the good ol' weekly Dr. appt today. As I was getting checked I was waiting to hear no progress again...and rehearsing all of my reasoning why I should be induced early (Jon's boards, and moving). When she announced that I am dialated 2-3...YEAH! Unfortunately my appt was with the nurse practicioner and not the Dr. But after giving my speech, she told me to schedule for Monday with the Dr. She also was pretty sure I wasn't going to make it another week, which sounds great, but I remember being told that with Emma the last two weeks, so I am not going to hold my breath. My mom has been bugging me to do jumping jacks to get this baby here, now that Easter weekend is here I might actually give it a try and see if it works! Although jumping up and down sounds so exhausting!

Mandy,
My second boy was induced and it was a dream. He flew out in no time. If its an option, I say go for it! Good luck with everything! We miss having you and Jon out here!

You make me laugh so hard!! I wish that I could make that kind of progress when I have kids. after 12 hours and pit, I only got to a 3! yeah, unfortunately in is the C-section for me. I hope that things move along for you. I am so excited for you! I want a girl, but I do love my boys. maybe we could trade for a weekend or something. :)

I am soooooo glad that you have made progress! I will be surprised if he doesn't induce you. I am officially "on call" for the weekend!

I was a 3 on a Monday, did jumping jacks on Wednesday, and had the baby on Thursday. I'm telling you, it works. But castor oil does NOT work...I tried that with Holly.
Good luck!

I think you need to add marching to music to the jumping jacks- for sure she'll get here then. I almost feel like I'm nesting- every night I make sure to have the house picked up and the laundry done just in case we get the call. Love you lots- you're an awesome mom to the best little grandchildren in the world!!

Good luck! I was induced with Katelyn and loved it. (As much as you can 'love' giving birth). By the way, Marty and I have our own blog now! Check it out! nicoleandmarty.blogspot.com

It will be exciting to hear that she has finally arrived. I'm sure we'll see pictures. Monday can't get here fast enough I'm sure. Good luck!

Mandy. I know you are anxious for that baby to come, but as our dear mom/grandmother always said, the baby will never be easier to take care on that when it is inside. Hang in their - soon your mother will be there taking over and telling everyone what to do!!! Oh you have so much to look forward too!!
