Happy Easter 2

Here are some pictures of Emma in her Easter dress. It is has been a great day. Emma must have been really tired from her Easter egg hunt yesterday (thanks again Jaime!), we had to go and wake her up at 9:15! She thought it was amazing that the Easter bunny had left a trail of candy and had hidden her Easter basket. She kept singing Happy Easter all morning. After church we just enjoyed dinner and the masters. Emma kept saying the word reisgnaked and finally I asked her what that meant...she said it was when Jesus died he was naked and then he came back to Earth! I thought it was pretty funny, but it totally made sense to her!

On another note, our Sunday school lesson was really good today. I love how we are studying the New Testament during the Easter season. The sunday school teacher mentioned that in conference a talk was about how we should sing more during lessons, and he thought that was a great idea. So we sang I Believe in Christ. I hadn't realized that it was written by Bruce McKonckie and that it was his testimony. I have sang that song a million times, but it had a lot more meaning knowing that it was his special way of sharing his testimony.

Oh, and thanks for filling me in on the great lesson I missed- we were just happy to make it to sacrament today!

I love the picture with Jon and Emma-with her legs crossed. What a pretty Lady in a pretty dress. I guess I am glad to hear that last night wasn't as eventful as Friday night so you could get some rest, but I am hoping that tonight might be a little more eventful. I'll be waiting for the phone call! Let me know what the Dr. says tomorrow! Good Luck!

what a cute girl! We left a trail of eggs down from the girls' room, too. Grace told us that she really liked that last year, so we made sure to do it again this year, too. Happy Easter!

Mandy - Emma looks darling. Is it wrong of me to want Michele to have a little girl for me to dress up like Emma? I really don't care - boy or girl, but sometimes those girl clothes are just too cute. Don't feel bad about your mother saying up late - you know she does her best work after 3:00 AM.

Emma is such a cute girly girl! I can't wait for you to have this baby! The last few weeks are so hard because every time you have a contraction you think, "is this it?" Definitely don't try Castor Oil...it sent me to the hospital with contractions, but they just gave me a shot to stop them and sent me home!
