The Bridal shower was so nice! Whitney (and Ryan) got such great stuff! It was so fun to be there! I was really worried that they were going to have the shower before we moved from KY! It is still funny to think that my little sister is getting married! I was a little embarrased that I was the only one to give her lingerie! Oh well! I didn't have to open it in front of all the RS ladies! Ha ha!
The Bachelorette PARTY! I was flattered to be invited to go, but I really did feel like a chaperone! I felt pretty close to 40! Thank heavens Chelsea and Lindsey were there too! I actually had such a fun time! It was fun to watch whit open all of her VERY embarrassing presents! My mom even got a limo for the night! We all went to dinner, and then Chelsea, Linz and I went home while the rest of the girls partied it up and Dave and Busters! 
The Mani-Pedi party! This was such a great idea! My mom and sisters put together a party for family and the bridesmaids to go and get manicures and pedicures and then we had a lunch after. It was the day before the wedding! My sister Chelsea had darling shirts made that said- "Whit's last fling before the Ring" Emma even got to enjoy the day, they ladies were so cute with her and put flowers on her toes and on her thumb! She was a great little trooper to get orange to match the wedding instead of pink! The lunch was so good! And it was fun just to hang out and relax! 
The night before dinner! Ryan's family did such a nice dinner that was fun and relaxing, which was so nice after all the work that had gone on! The food was so good! They had chocolate fountains which were the best! Emma really enjoyed dragging anyone she could find to take her back for more! Ryan and Whitney must be meant for each other because they were so relaxed and calm!
I just have to add that getting ready for the wedding was definately exhausting, but it was so much fun to have lots of time with family! The crazy shopping for all the dresses, the dress fittings for Whit. I have to admit that I was TOTALLY clueless to how much work my mom did for my wedding! She is such a great mom, to make sure that EVERY detail is taken care of! She handled the stress of everything so well. If there is such a thing as peaceful stress...she accomplished it!

Yay! I'm so glad to see that you're up and blogging again! It was so fun to see you guys at the wedding...I'll keep my fingers crossed that you end up in Utah instead of Nevada! The wedding was amazing and totally worth the drive. I was so impressed with Whitney and how grown up she really is. It was her wedding day and she totally made an effort several times to come talk to me, give me hugs, etc. I still picture her as your cute little sister...she's still super cute, but is definitely not the little 8 year old I remember!
YAY for the lingerie! You know what real women need! :o) CALL ME! I was serious in my email!

Mandy, I loved seeing all the pictures. It reminded me of all the fun we had. I can not wait for Michele to get my pictures up on my blog. The whole event was so well done and such fun to be a part of. I just wished we all lived closer so we could do this more often - but maybe Aunt Marcia would not be so happy if we all decended on her again. Talk with you soon. Let us know where life takes you.
